Great Video Quality

I have my surveillance system set up in one room, but wanted the option of viewing the cameras from the living room. This product has so far worked great, but I have only had it for less than a day.
I don't know how to test if its true 4K or not, but the video is streaming very clear. There *IS* about a 1 to 2 second delay in the video from the input source to the output source. I would never use this for gaming, but it currently fits my needs perfectly. I don't think it would be an issue using it for watching TV in another room either. NOTE: I believe this company or another makes a 1080P version with zero lag, check that out if you cant afford
I will update the review if the quality or the product overall fails. As of right now, I would recommend this product for the price its at.

Well the product was easy to connect and even included HDMI cables. When directly connecting Apple TV and PS4 all worked perfectly at about 50 feet away. It broke down for me not being able to support my new Sony A/V Reciever. I also tried it with my Yamaha and Denon receiver but no luck. For this reason had to return.

Owned the older 1080p version (MWTV2) for a number of years and it worked great. This new 4K model is very inconsistent in performance. Problems include lip syncing issues to screen flickering and lost signal searching (transmitter and receiver in the same locations as the my previous model). Please go back to the drawing board on this one Actiontec!

Although for what I wanted which was to diaplay my Apple TV and my PS4 for movies only it works. However the delay is crazy big on the PS4 and the TV where the transmitter is never works consistently with my Apple TV. I have to plug it and un plug it a million times.

Got a situation where you need to hang a new flat screen but there are absolutely NO wires, outlets, or anything you need to get the signal there?? So did I and these lil' babies solved my problem. Perfect 4K HD signal delivery, easy as heck installation, and no unnecessary holes punched in the walls!

Lacks consistency

When it works, it’s fantastic. However, I would have extreme difficulty getting this to work on a consistent basis and will often fail causing the screen to freeze. Despite relocating the antenna, removing obstacles, and trying different televisions, the issues continued. I was well within range.

I bought this item because of good reviews. It was easy to install it. It worked the first time I used. But the following day, I turned on my tv to watch, it kept saying no signal or searching for transmitter. Do not buy this. It is waste of time and money.

After I got the product home and opened the box to look at the instructions, it does not support the ARC HDMI input. Did not work for my needs. Still looking for options to work over a Cat 6 cable. Ignore the would not recommend to a friend. I have no idea if it actually works.

Solved an issue of not being able to easily run an HDMI cable from TV to receiver. Instead, used Roku to send video from receiver to TV via Actiontec. Works good except for a sometimes noticeable lag between audio and video. The lag occurs whether using TV sound or surround sound from receiver. This was a professional install by Geek Squad.

Its okay if you don't want a lot of wires running through your house and don't want to pay the extra money for another cable box. Just mirror it off another tv. However you have to watch the same thing the other person is watching on the other tv-that gets a little annoying. But it does okay.

There is a bit of lag time in transfer of 4K signal but overall quality is fantastic. Only supports one device at a time so you will need a usb splitter to keep all devices plugged in. Otherwise, just switch out the usb cords to use different devices. Have used with directv, PlayStation, and 4K player with success.

My house was hardwired for several systems but one of cables had issues and the electrician couldn’t rewire. So bought this instead to save the day but later realized it was a better option anyway. I would recommend and I would buy again.

My second installation. This one is used to extend my widescreen tv FIOS cable signal from the rec room to my ham radio shack. The installation was simple and only took minutes. The quality of the signal is excellent.
