I would not go for a replacement but for a refund if I could. I feel scammed.

We can always assist you in getting a warranty replacement, please make sure your device is properly inserted and that you are running the most current PS5 firmware.

Thank you for your inquiry. Based on the information you have provided, it seems like the windows update may have removed some drivers or replaced them within your computer. Please make sure all the alienware drivers are up to date, as well as making sure the firmware for your S70 Blade is also up to date by using our SSD toolbox. You may find this software under the support tab on our website.
If for whatever reason, you believe that the drive may have failed, Let's go ahead and get you a working replacement!

Once completed, navigate to our member center. There is an option on the far right that says “Submit an RMA Request”. Please fill out the form with all necessary details and follow the on screen instructions.

Issues may arise with improper hardware/ windows installation.
If this drive is your primary drive, We always recommend cloning your SSD with your existing OS for ease of use, Similarly, you may use a fresh Windows install from an installation disk or a USB. You may find more information by visiting the Microsoft support page.

Worked great for weeks now. No issues. Way cheaper than any other options out there right now. Definitely recommend!

Excellent upgrade for the PS5/PC!

It may be on the lower end when it comes to write speed compared to other higher end options... BUT IT WORKS! I've always added a 2TB expansion storage when it came to owning a PlayStation and found that it's always been enough for my gaming habits. Of course, COD and GTA takes up the most space, but at least I'll be ready for GTA 6 when it comes out and wants to take up 1TB of space to itself. Good purchase and verified to work with PS5. Get it if you can... Thanks.
