Everything works great and my TV has an excellent picture

Once again, the technicians did an excellent job of reconnecting my surround speakers and other devices to my receiver. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their job. I will use the Geek Squad again.

The Geek Squad came to my rescue again. It was really an easy fix, but I had not idea what was going on. They were very kind when we found out what the problem was. I am so grateful to have them.

Hey so I was trying to have my speaker wires for my surround sound system hidden behind the wall and unfortunately they could not get the hob done. They did try their best though and were very nice! I would work with geek squad again.

My techs did a great job installing the home theater speakers. My only problem was they didn't get all 5 speakers working before they left. But I ultimately figured it out. Otherwise it was a good experience.

They came to my house and made recommendations for our media room. Once purchased, they returned and mounted the TV and installed the sound system. Spent time going over system and demonstrated the numerous options of the receiver.

I am not a networking expert or even very savvy at the proper connections. It's nice to have someone "just do it" instead of being forced to learn something I REALLY don't want to so I can focus on what I need to use my time for.
