I apologize for not posting this review earlier. Date of installation was Dec.18, 2018. Everything looks, sounds and came out how I envisioned the speakers to be placed in the ceiling. David and his apprentice were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. Very pleased with the workmanship.

I had a complete media room installation. Sarah was my installation technician. She had to conceal and run wiring in the wall, mount the projector on the ceiling, install ceiling speakers, and assemble and mount the screen. She had two other associates that came and helped her for some of the install. She wired and programmed everything to work with my new logitech remote and showed me how to use it all and answered my questions. She and both of the associates that helped her were awesome! I also want to thank David for suggesting what products to purchase based on what I wanted and my budget. I let him know I already had an inexpensive media room setup. I gave him my budget for an upgrade, and he put it all together. I couldn't be more pleased! This theater room is fantastic! I had no idea what I was missing before! Overall very pleased with the whole process from Best Buy! Thank you Robert

The team came and assessed and determined a different model speaker was needed. They took care of the order and return and came back. Delighted with the install. The in-ceiling speakers look and sound amazing. Cleaned up and very courteous. Thanks!

Outstanding service and craftsmanship by Randal Fernandez and Ethan Cochran while installing my Sonance - MAG5.1R - Mag Series 5.1 Ch. 6 1/2" In-Ceiling Surround Sound Speaker System. Install is seamless and professional, they assessed my Home Theater Room and made some slight adjustments to the placement of the speakers. The speakers sound awesome and I can certainly attribute the outcome to the knowledgable and superb installation by my Geek Squad Team! Absolutely recommend using Best Buy Geek Squad for any Audio Visual installations in your home (inside and outside).

Installation team did a great job in installing the speakers. They went into the small place in attic and ensured that no wiring is visible in the media room. Also they balance the speakers very well.

The tech team did an excellent job installing my in-wall front left and right speakers behind my projector screen and also took down the old screen and replaced it with a bigger acoustic screen. They relocated the old 2 left and right front tower speakers to the back of the room as rear surround speakers.

The agents have mounted the ceiling atmos speakers and were great in doing it! The overall fixture was done flawlessly and were done within the estimated time of fixing given by the agents.

Reggie and his Geek Squad partner took time to dismount the old surrounds system and replaced with this upgrade. They were meticulous in mounting the new system insuring that walls were repaired. They tested the new system and demonstrated proper use of the equipment.

Ron and Anthony were excellent Geek Squad representatives. They called when they were on their way, arrived on time, and set right to work. They were personable and very helpful in explaining the new technology we were receiving. When their tasks were completed they patiently reviewed the installations again and answered our remaining questions. They cleaned up the area extremely well when they were finished. There was excellent time management on their part. We were very pleased.

The Geek Squad team (Renee, Tai et al. & Marc ordered, installed, mounted and/or hooked up various speakers and components as well as mounted a big screen TV and did a superb job! They used their ingenuity in overcoming potential hurdles, recommended alternatives AND cleaned up afterward! Also, Renee was available afterward for answers to my additional questions - whew! I was VERY impressed with the overall experience!

The work is very neat! Technicians were knowledgeable and explained about all the options that I can use to enjoy my music listening or watch movies.

The agents concealed all the wires very well, speakers were mounted perfectly.

We had Geek Squad install everything we purchased from BestBuy, in-ceiling and in-wall speakers, security system, Nest thermostat, 75" TV over the brick fireplace, central channel speaker, WiFi, and they did a professional job, very courteous, and did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. This was our second time using Geek Squad and very happy with their service, it's the way to go to have everything installed properly and working when the leave your home.

The Geek Squad wall mounted the old 50” Plasma Pioneer TV and connected the TV cable box, the blueray to the Dennen surround sound receiver, Then they connected the surround sound speakers, the front speakers via cable and the rear speakers wirelessly. They adjusted the receiver to play each device and then set the sound of each speaker to provide the best quality surround sound for the room. Very pleased with the sound and ability to view the TV from every seat in the room.

The geek squad is great, they did a wonderful job, they installed a home theater system in my home along with mounting my televisions on the wall, even though a third party was set up to do my install. The third party had canceled so instead of leaving and making me set up another appointment, Edward from the geek squad in Arlington got a couple of extra guys and got things done, so thank you Edward and the geek squad.
