Guys showed up On time and did a great job on install. Tv and sound bar with sub from Sonos sound amazing .

I elevated my tv with beverage coasters so my remote would work

Didn't get what i signed up for they showed up three times ended up not a finis

Im not even sure I can give a 1 for this fiasco. The guys came to install a Sonos Sound bar, we found out the TV was too old and did not have the necessary connections. I set up a new GS appointment and bought a new TV, set up an appointment, only to have them cancel and set up another appt. The day that appt was suppose to happen GS contractor called and cancelled again. I went to Best Buy to see what i needed to do to get the TV, Sonos Subwoofer and Speakers Installed, They gave me a date way down the road, It was now a month from the original date. I purchased another TV, I cancelled the original order. and a New Sonus Sub and rear speakers, Brought them home and installed it all myself. A week later I get a call from GS they are ready to deliver my TV. Another week Later, GS called to come and deliver my Sub. Too late!!

Geek Squad did an awesome job installing my TV and soundbar. They were on time, very professional, and the setup was quick and clean. Everything was mounted securely and they made sure everything was working before they left. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend their service!

They are the worst service 3 no call no shows my wife took off work 3 days took over 3 weeks for job to be completed they had to return 2 extra times after 1st day and they still never hooked up equipment right waste of money scale of 1 to 10 they are half a point ( .5 )

It was supposed to be Magnolia design center install for my new LG G5 77’ oled tv wall mounted and hide the wires in the wall with the Sanus kit. No sound bar or tv over 91” .

Not done properly, wires falling behing the TV not properly secured
