The two gentlemen who came to our home were able to reconnect all of the lines from our surround sound system to the receiver after another vendor had to remove them to look a gas leak! They were polite, fast and very friendly. I highly recommend them and I am sorry it took me so long to do this review.

To clarify, we asked the Geek Squad to 'fix' a sound bar not sold by Best Buy and that had not worked right for sometime. The techs got the sound bar to work acceptably, but only for a while. It still cannot keep the voices/mouths synched and now delays when changing channels and often just turns itself off, requiring you to get the sound bar remote to turn it back on. It's newest 'feature' is, when trying to turn the tv off, it just reduces the volume. You have to wait until the volume is down to zero, wait a few seconds, then you can turn your tv off. Am sure the Spectrum cable remote could be blamed for that detail although it's only a couple months old and has new batteries.

Bethany took time to listen to our issues with the T70 soundbar. She reported she had talked to other customers who had experienced the same issue of disconnecting sporadically.
Bethany had issues with the company software and was not afraid to ask for help to insure it was done correctly.
The company software did not allow for a smooth transition from pickup of defective soundbar and issue of a new one. It will require us to make an additional trip to the store.
Bethany was able to advise us that the T70 soundbar was a 2020 model and the new models should be coming out soon.

Tech agent quickly corrected a problem that developed with my sound bar after a painter working in my house had disconnected everything and then reconnected them incorrectly. The agent explained what he was doing and how to avoid the problem in the future.

Soundbar, speakers and subwoofer were reconnected to Wi-Fi. Sonos system is excellent and is usually easy to setup but if a problem occurs it can be difficult to correct. It took the representative some time to straighten it out but finally got it to work.

My Geek Squad installer was unable to set me up because my very old equipment could not be configured with my new smart TV. He tried to install over 2 visits but nothing seemed to work. I considered his continued efforts to make the installation so exemplary, that I had to give 4 stars for his customer service alone. His name was Dyami Somchay and feel he should be recognized for his work ethics and thoughtful work.

I don't know when it is at best buy store the sound it different than in your house, and your window for installation is to long and wrong, anyway the guys did a wonderful job on the install.

Shaun and Victor were my geek squad installers for my new soundbar. They arrived on time and got things up and running in a short amount of time. Afterwards they took the time to tweak all the settings and it sounded like I was in a theater. After all was set-up, they installed an app on my phone so I could easily play with the settings to my liking. All is running well at this time. Highly recommend them for the install you may need.

We sing praises of Austin!. He was knowledgeable, speedily and successfully connected our old sound system to integrate it with the tv (the technician hooking up the tv when we moved had refused to do this and another person was unable), and wore booties covering his shoes while in the house. He was a pleasure to have in our home. I went in person just before Christmas to our nearby Best Buy store to explain our situation. A total of 4 employees helped out to solve the problem. Will return for all our needs.

The guys at Geek Squad have done remarkable work setting up our new LG Big Screen TV & Dolby sound system. It works great! Having an amazing TV viewing & sound experience! TV is well mounted and sound system is placed just right in our living room. We love to blast it on action movies!

We have an older sound surround system that hasn’t worked in years. (Not purchased from Best Buy.). Finally broke down and made an appointment. Richard was fabulous! On time, polite and knew his stuff. We showed him the system and how we wanted it to work. We had to reschedule because we needed an unexpected part. Because Richard was so good, we requested him for the second visit and was willing to wait and extra day for him. Happy to see him return. Didn’t take long for the setup. Richard also reprogrammed a remote and we were rocking and rolling! Yeaaaaaay Richard! He’s the best!

I had purchased a soundbar and was very disappointed in the sound. I finally called the geek squad to have them check to see if it was defective. He checked it and found it had not been setup properly. He fixed the problem and I am much happier with the sound.
