The first time it wasn’t set up correctly, we didn’t have sound surround, however the Geek Squad sent someone else out and he fixed it in a couple of minutes. The sound is fantastic. The technician was professional and extremely knowledgeable and he was very pleasant. Thanks again as always Geek Squad!

Almost did not purchase this sound bar with television. So glad the sales rep gave us “sound” advice on this purchase.
It makes a significant difference in the sound, volume of the Samsung television.

Curt and Damian could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Their expertise is incredible. They were so efficient and patient and worked so well together that all our TVs were set up and moved in no time. They took us through how to navigate each one. Just incredible the service they provided. These 2 are KEEPERS and such a valuable asset to Best Buy.

My tech, Truman, truly went above and beyond to be sure my three new Beat Buy purchased TVs and Sonos sound bar were up and running before he left. It took him hours to manage what turned out to be quite a complex job. He was calm and continually problem solving throughout the extended appointment.

They set up a JBL sound bar for me. He arrived early and was very personable. It took him about 5 minutes to take out of the box and have it playing and sounding great. He walked me through the controls and features and said he wouldn’t leave until any and all questions were answered. I ultimately felt bad having him set this up as it was so easy, however the piece of mind I get having them set up everything I purchase from them is priceless. I know all setups will be done professionally and personably.

The Geeks installed the mount easily. We had another mount that we thought we wanted to use instead. And the Geeks looked at it and were honest that it might work but once we tried the install, it just did not look sturdy so we went ahead with the BB mount and we appreciated how nice and efficient the team were.

The agents did an excellent job connecting my TV and speakers to all my sound devices, and they were very helpful and courteous. They were quick as well. I would have given 5 stars but the original technician that came out to diagnose the noise coming out of my speakers wasn't quite experienced, and made a mistake in diagnosis, and said that my speakers are blown. So, I purchased a pair of $800+ Bowers & Wilkins ceiling speakers from Best Buy, which did not correct the problem. Thankfully, I didn't give them my former expensive and great replaced speakercraft speakers to dispose. When I notified them, they quickly came back and reinstalled my old great speakers, and I was able to return the new unnecessary speakers. I recommend have Best Buy's/Geeksquard's scheduling system well connected, so that the same customer instruction will appear and be known by all technicians instead of sending a tech out and they can't see the instructions - making the customer repeat why they are coming over & over. Otherwise, I was very happy with the crew that came out. So, sending an experienced tech first to diagnose the problem will help, and having their scheduling systems talk with each other are both company issues and not the tech's.

My tech, Ryan was very competent, professional and knowledgeable. The Bose sound bar which was returned to me by Bose after being "repaired" still does NOT work. Ryan proved this by connecting a Sonos sound bar which DID work perfectly.

I think Jason did an amazing job on my surround sound. He adjusted everything so good it literally sounds like I’m at the theatre. Before he came my system sounded horrible. I was so disappointed on that I had spent so much money for the system and it didn’t sound good at all. This guy came and adjusted who knows what but it sounds amazing and that’s all I care about. Very happy and would definitely suggest to have them come out if you spend money on a decent system. I would request Jason though.

I upgraded our receiver and DVD player and bought a new Harmony remote. My electronics cabinet was a disaster (Geek Squad had connected everything previously but had not done a great job). This time, the "agent" was awesome - set everything up neatly, just as I'd have done it myself, and showed me how to use the newly programmed remote. They even left and came back to give me time to get a couple of cables I was missing. (I ordered them from Prime Now for a fraction of what I'd have paid for them from the Geek Squad/Best Buy, so I had to wait a couple of hours for them to be delivered.) I couldn't believe he was willing to come back to finish the job without charging me extra! Very pleased with the job done and customer service!
