Sound bar stopped working , had geek squad come to the house and check it out. They found it had dropped connedction to sound bar and had pick up wifi and was only sometimes working. Had to powerball down and power up make a few adjustments and whala its now working great.

The agent connected the Sonos Arc and Sonos subwoofer to our TV. I don't think it's overly complicated to do that, but just wanted a professional to do all of the connections. The agent did a very good job in making all of the connections; he did seem like he was in a rush to get the job done so he could get to his next installation, However, he did answer my questions and let me know what he was doing.

The geek squad was too busy to hook up my soundbar to my sysrem, so they sublet the job to a third party who then sublet it to someone else who was just an installer. I was a bit upset rhat the geek squad refused to do the job, but the guys who came were very knowledgeable and got it working better thanthe geek squad did on the original unit.

Joe did such a thorough job trying to adapt my TV Ears to our new TV~and after exploring several options came up with a winner! Thanks, they are working great. Now I can control my personal sound level without blasting out others in the room!

Had 2 sound bars installed. One works and the other one doesn't. Tech seemed to have a lot of problems with the connectivity, since he left, one of the sound bars quit working, it doesn't allow any sound to come out. Don't know if this is due to poor installation or if the sound bar is not compatible with my Sony TV.

Don't underestimate the need for the Geek Squad unless you have a lot of training or knowledge. It is incredible the number of setting adjustments that needed to be made to our TV, Receiver, and 9 Speakers to get the sound quality perfect. It is amazing how the placement of speakers by just a few inches can make all the difference. Genius and Amazing are the only words to describe the Geek Squad (Austin and Jeremy).

We are very pleased with the quality of service and care the two GeekSquad specialists provided. From beginning to the end - first rate. It was obvious they were well qualified and they took special care to give us all the support we needed to use the equipment and answered any questions we had. When they left the area was completely cleaned up and they left a card in case we needed further support at any time. Amazing!

The Bose Soundbar 900 is great. But the Geek Squad tech was top notch. Her name is Dedra Grover and she made sure that any question that I had was answered along with a demonstration. This individual is what your future techs should model themselves after. Great asset to the Best Buy team.

I have vintage stero equipment....Pioneer SX780 receiver and two hugh Bose floor speakers. Carlos was awesome in getting everything setup and ready when my new tv arrived. Two of his crew came out after tv arrived to swap out old tv for new tv and overcame small obstacle. It was a snug fit where I wanted my tv but after I explained I had measured before buying TV and yes it would fit, they got it done.
