    This soundbar solve our problem with a high ceiling allowing all the sound from the TV to go up instead of coming at us. Previous to the soundbar, we would have to turn the volume u so high it would chase people out of the upstairs loft. Now we can use normal volume and get a clear and crisp sound in teh room.

    The Geek Squad setup the sound bar connected rear specker and subwoofer in no time. I saved a lot of time/efforts and able to enjoy the sound bar in less than 15 minutes.

    Geek Squad was here to install my Soundbar, I asked how much different it would make to connect the SoundBar. After checking my sound system I had already they told me that my system would bring a better sound as the new Speakers. I appreciate the honesty that saved me a lot of money and work for them. Because we have TechPro with BestBuy it doesn't cost us anything!

    It's good, a little confused, their system is not connected to the schedule sitting. When you call, they don't see the appointment.

    They set up a JBL sound bar for me. He arrived early and was very personable. It took him about 5 minutes to take out of the box and have it playing and sounding great. He walked me through the controls and features and said he wouldn’t leave until any and all questions were answered. I ultimately felt bad having him set this up as it was so easy, however the piece of mind I get having them set up everything I purchase from them is priceless. I know all setups will be done professionally and personably.

    Marvin and Elijah installed my sound bar and connected my tv perfectly. They positioned the bar to make the sound fuller, they also made the wiring virtually disappear. Excellent job, very knowleageable and extremely professional. They are an asset to the geek squad.

    I bought a 77" TV and had the agents mount it along with a sound bar system I bought. I also had them move the TV and sound bar I was replacing to another room in the house. They worked quickly, showed me the important highlights of the new equipment, and did a great job of covering all the cables running down my walls. I ended having a couple of short cables that might interfere with the full rotation of the TV mounts, so I purchased the appropriate cables and the agents returned another day to install the new cables. I highly recommend the Geek Squad for your installation needs!

    The old boy was having problems properly hearing his TV prior to installation. Now with the volume turned down he can hear it quite well!! Great job done by the Geek squad installing it quickly and efficiently!! They could answer any questions he had and were finished in no time!

    A Geek Squad tech installed our new Sony Smart TV

    The agent installed, mounted, and setup a new Sony 55" Smart TV in our bedroom on the 2nd floor. He was polite, knowledgeable, patient, and open to any questions we had. His work was done neatly and efficiently. He went the extra mile by showing us how to install our older TV in the study on the first floor of the house. Would call again and be very pleased if he were to be assigned to us again.

    I think Jason did an amazing job on my surround sound. He adjusted everything so good it literally sounds like I’m at the theatre. Before he came my system sounded horrible. I was so disappointed on that I had spent so much money for the system and it didn’t sound good at all. This guy came and adjusted who knows what but it sounds amazing and that’s all I care about. Very happy and would definitely suggest to have them come out if you spend money on a decent system. I would request Jason though.

    The agent who installed the tv. . .made sure our Bose sound system was hooked up correctly. In fact the new TV's sound is so much better, for Randy. He is having a bit of hearing issues and could not hear the old tv, not half as much as this new one. We attribute that to the young man who installed the TV in the home and set up our Bose System.     Very pleased with the guys that came out. It's been a good experience all the way around. One exception is the phone service to talk with someone. Very difficult to communicate with that automated service BAD BAD BAD on the phone deal. As far as the remote love it still learning my way around with what buttons do what such as fast forward and such. I'm working with You Tube Tv and trying navigate through their system. One Remote for all is very nice!!

    I’ll start with the geek squad member who showed up for the second visit. Ashley was very helpful and quickly resolved the issues with my new system. She notified me about her arrival time and was there when she said she would be. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with her service. This was the second service call for this product. The first installation was not by the geek squad rather a contractor. Best Buy had somehow messed up my order so the technician did not arrive until 2 hours after the end of my scheduled appointment time. So I ended up having to wait the whole day to get work done that was scheduled to be done by 1 pm. Had I not called I do not think I would have seen anyone or had my purchase delivered at all that day. I have no complaints about the technician who did the work. He knew how to install the equipment and worked quickly and competently. I had the impression that he had been assigned my job at the last minute and it was not something he did on a regular basis. I do not fault the technician for me having to call someone to come again. I hold Best Buy responsible for any delays and the necessary call back. I have always found the geek squad to be responsive and helpful.

    I upgraded our receiver and DVD player and bought a new Harmony remote. My electronics cabinet was a disaster (Geek Squad had connected everything previously but had not done a great job). This time, the "agent" was awesome - set everything up neatly, just as I'd have done it myself, and showed me how to use the newly programmed remote. They even left and came back to give me time to get a couple of cables I was missing. (I ordered them from Prime Now for a fraction of what I'd have paid for them from the Geek Squad/Best Buy, so I had to wait a couple of hours for them to be delivered.) I couldn't believe he was willing to come back to finish the job without charging me extra! Very pleased with the job done and customer service!

    The sound bar is excellent. For some reason the one I bought stopped working about 6 months after installation and I had to buy a new one since the warranty had expired. Geek squad was excellent.

    Geek Squad solved soundbar problem

    The soundbar wouldn't connect to TV by HDMI arc. Nicklaus found the problem. A chromecast connected to the TV wouldn't let the soundbar connect by HDMI arc. Thanks to Nicklaus for solving the problem by disconnecting the chromecast. Now we get great sound.
