Additional updates were needed within a week.

But less than a week later I needed to call for assistance and those techs were tremendous. They installed software protection which it seems came with my purchase and spent 30 min + installing additional updates.

Little Disappointment

Long wait for tech service. Unacceptable.

My online account shows completion on Aug. 27 but it wasn't until September 15! that he could come back to do the installation. Consequently I have been cheated out of part of my free 3 months of using Office 365.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
