Geek Squad mounted my 75" tv above the fireplace and with Total Tech service, it was completely worth the money to have them do this over me trying to get it perfect. Great service and very personable agents.

I do not like the appointment setup. If I am already in the store why can't I drop off my laptop or ask a related question. I had to make at least 9 appointments because my work schedule kept changing.

The agents mounted the TV in just the right place and gave me wonderful suggestions on how to hide the cords. My wife even bragged to a friend about the installation!

There was an issue and a delay with the 1st attempt to make this install or the rating would be 5; but there was a great response to getting the install done or the rating would have bee a 1 or 2.

The geek squad team did an amazing job mounting the tv and setting the tv up for use - they made sure all was connected to the internet and handled troubleshooting of problem areas.

Quickly and expertly installed the tv and mounting bracket on the wall and set up all the accessories where you don’t see any cords. Very personable and knowledgeable also.

The technicians that came were very professional and respectful of my home. They laid cloths, wore "booties" over their boots and were quick and cleaned up afterwards. Explained everything and kept me in the loop

these guys were great they came in and seemed like in flash it was all mounted and this was on rock fireplace. These guys were awesome. I highly recommend them get the tech package

Great job with the mounting above the fireplace, bracket allowed the TV to be three inches closer to the wall. Center speaker also had to be reinstalled for the 65-inch Smart TV.

The installation was flawless. They were able to use my existing mount from my prior TV. Hooked up all my devices and insured everything was up to date with the firmware.
