Wow! They did a great job installing my 75” flatscreen TV! They were on time, very knowledgeable and polite! They also cleaned up after themselves!

Agents mounted my TV and connected everything. They showed me how everything operated and made sure everything was working properly before they left.

The agents installed new wall mount and connected new tv to all my apps. They were very professional and walked me through the use of the device.

Samson complained from the moment he came in my house to install my TV above my fireplace. His assistant was much more pleasant and helpful to me. Samson did not finish the job because the DVD player he had to hook up was not the right one. He said he would call to come back and finish the job but never did so I told them at the store and they said he would call but still never did. I ended up finishing the job myself that I had paid them to do. I don't like to complain about everyone at the Geek Squad but this particular person was not good.

I had my 65" tv mounted above the fireplace. The 2 guys were very professional and it took less than 30 min to measure,drill and hang tv.

The installation required holes into the drywall and the installers took care to clean up all residue and ensure that the TV bracket was able to accommodate the TV.

The pull down mantle mount TV bracket is a bear to install. Leave it to the Geek Squad as they were flawless in their execution
