Missed follow up

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Agents did a good job of installing equipment but drilled multiple holes that were not used and neglected to fill them. Also, they needed to order a wireless part for the base speaker which was due to be delivered two days later, and were supposed to follow up and install. We have been waiting for over two weeks now and still no contact from the Agents. We called and never received a return call.
