Can't use remote where the cable box was placed.

Worst service ever

Get with the times

Brand new house with a gas fireplace that vents behind the fireplace and not up. Watched house being built and the wall 4 ft above the fireplace is the same as any other wall in the house. There is no risk for mounting above the fireplace. They need to review their $99 charge and why it would be charged. If it is not a brick and mortar fireplace this extra $99 should not be charged. Get with the times Geek Squad....
