If this is about Patrick Barnard's trip to my home, Patrick was super. He came here and set up things that weren't done in 3 trips to Best Buy with the old and new computers. Patrick was in and out of here with everything taken care of in minimum time. He a sharp person.

My husband was having problems with AOL. He could not receive or send emails. After being on the phone with AOL for one hour troubleshooting the problem he finally was able to fix the problem. However, the problem’s resolution only lasted a few hours. We finally had the Geek Squad to come over to hopefully fix the problem and it took him all of 20 minutes and problem completely fixed. Excellent service.

Was on time and did a great job with setting up network and emails.

Could not reinstall HP printer. My computer kept having to look for the printer and it interrupted my ability to use it. I kept trying to reinstall it on my own, and could not so I asked for geek squad help on they couldn’t fix it, so I’m not had a printer for a while.

Since having my PC's at home and not far from a Best Buy, it was just too convenient to not have the Geek Squad take care of my computer needs. Remote and Chat services have helped me become more savvy in my own knowledge so that we can work in tandem in care for my PC/Laptop in my home

Jerimayah was very nice, He set up my new laptop, and explained what he did and took care of any questions i had. i appreciate all of his help, also, he followed up with a courtesy call to make sure everything was good

The agent set up my new account on my MacBook. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He was polite and friendly and was careful to keep the Covid rules.

Agent Lynda did an excellent job on the numerous issues regarding my computer, both hardwire and software. She is very knowledgeable with the Windows 10 programs.

Sanda fixed mt PC & also made sure all devices was in working order. He made sure I understood what were the causes & what was fixed. He was knowledgeable, courteous & friendly.
