    Because some times it is Great and sometimes it is like a waiting game or they really don't get it fixed. The Geek Squad are my side kick. Because tech is not easy for me at 83 years old.

    No Tech Support Help, spent a lot of time.

    I was on the phone for over an hour with no resolution. I spoke to three different representatives none of whom could help me. When I was put on remote access I waited for about half an hour then figured out how to resolve the issue myself. That is incredible considering I have almost no computer skills. That is the reason I paid for total Geek Squad support, yet didn’t receive it. In the future I will make an appointment for a Tech to come to my home and resolve the issue. It may take a few days, about as long as it takes to get remote help it seems.
