No Tech Support Help, spent a lot of time.

I was on the phone for over an hour with no resolution. I spoke to three different representatives none of whom could help me. When I was put on remote access I waited for about half an hour then figured out how to resolve the issue myself. That is incredible considering I have almost no computer skills. That is the reason I paid for total Geek Squad support, yet didn’t receive it.
In the future I will make an appointment for a Tech to come to my home and resolve the issue. It may take a few days, about as long as it takes to get remote help it seems.
