The two installers were very nice. They did a fast and GOOD job of putting the console together as well hooking tv onto the mounting bracket. Was so happy, when they left, that I was knowledgeable about my tv per their training.

They came a little late but still in the window they said they were going to be here. The worked quickly, efficiently and respectfully.

AT 70, I felt it was easier and quicker to let the Geek Squad mount the TV to the wall and put the furniture together. They stand behind what they do where as if I did it and it fell off the wall, I'm in the dog house. Plus it would take me forever to do. They found a scratch on the furniture, had me order the part and are returning next week to replace the scratched part.

The Geek Squad assembled the furniture stand for our new LG TV. He did a great job and also setup the LG TV at the same time. He wore a mask and booties which we appreciate. We would highly recommend the Geek Squad for any type of service. Thank you.

The Best Buy agent assembled the TV Stand without any problems and it was done quickly with expertise. My only complaint is that he did not take the box the stand came in with him. Also, the stand is not as big as it appears to be and will not hold a 55” TV which it is advertised to do.

The technician did an excellent job. He was personable, well mannered and considerate. He wore his mask and shoe coverings, in which I appreciated that. It didn't take him long to install the self. He made sure that it was well aligned with the tv and all the wiring is neatly hidden. Thanks

The two agents (Matt & Tom) who mounted my TV and assembled the stand did a terrific job. They arrived despite a very full schedule and managed to squeeze me in so that I could watch the college football game that I was hoping to catch.

Jake came to set up my stand. All went well, but the drawer did not work right. He ordered a replacement which a tech brought to the wrong address. This is due to your POOR phone system. I tried several times to call and change the address, but I never was able to talk to a person. Needless to say, it was delivered to the wrong address. Thanks to the tech, he called me so we were able to get it set up for the next day. He did a great job. I am sorry, but I forgot his name, but he did an excellent job and went above and beyond the call of duty to contact me so we could get it right. Thanks for excellent tech people for jobs well done. Too bad I can't talk to someone in order to save lots of problems and time.

The two-man crew that arrived to assemble my Insignia TV stand and set up our new 65" Samsung TV surpassed all of my expectations! They were personable, knowledgeable and helpful. And I'm sure they were about 10 times faster than I would have been...

I am so impressed! Eric was my tech and he did an excellent job! He put my fireplace console together perfectly! He was very thorough and detail oriented.

We recieved the TV stand/ fireplace when we were told it would arrive. We bought it for our new lake house, the customer service rep was wonderful when we ordered it over the phone because we had a thousand questions and when she didn't know the answers she was pleasant and asked us to hold she would find out, and she did. She set up the geek squad to come out to our lake house 3 hours away, 3 weeks later as requested. Now when the young man arrived, early as we requested he was very polite and informative, he had the system put together in less than 1 hour, which was fabulous because the reviews we read said that it was taking people 2-3 hrs to set it up. I believe this young man probably saved my marriage, because if my husband would have not listened to me and did not order the geek squad to put it together there would've been a fight and probably a divorce. Lol. Now the only thing we noticed was a couple superficial scratches, nothing horrible, no one will notice, except us. The fireplace works wonderful it really does produce enough heat I was shocked. I love this so much I told my husband we are buying another one for our main house. I would definitely recommend this

The agents knows their work , They did a good job. very professional and communicate effectively. they help me assemble my TV stand, mount my 86" TV on the wall, and connect my Receiver to all appliances (TV, Speakers, and Video CD)

Very good. Answered our questions, showed us how to work the product. Never rushed us. Gave us all the time to ask questions and demonstrated how to operate the equipment. Very friendly and very professional.

The Geek squad assembled our tv stand , installed a tv, dvd and sound bar the right way the first time and took the time to show us all of the features and didn't leave until we were comfortable in knowing how to get the most out of our new goodies.
