Geed squad techs assembled dresser drawer in a timely manner. Very helpful in setting up in the bedroom.

I bought an entertainment hutch, and decided to let GeekSquad put it together. Turns out that thing was VERY complicated, and would have taken me a couple of daysto put it together. Sir Geek got it assembled in 3 hours. If you can afford to spend some coin to save time and aggriation, DO IT!

The agents removed the old stand and set up new one in the house. They were efficient and carried out packaging to discard. There when promised with a confirmation call the day before and one on the way on the day of delivery.

Best Buy's third-party tech did a great job constructing my television stand. He was efficient, and the stand has a nice look. Plenty of storage space and space for decor.

The installation was handled in a very professional matter. The installers were courteous and seemed to possess the needed technical expertise to complete the job in a timely manner.

Purchase of a table console with glass shelves - need professionals to put it together. The Geek Squad got the job done in record time. picked everything up and left the house clean and all purchased items in working order.

I am not handy, I wanted it done right. So I called them and they came over the next day. Wore covers over there shoes and the two guys put it together quickly. Showed me how to adjust certain things on the desk and very polite, they also answered my questions very accurately and they where professional.

Geek Squad assembled a bookshelf I bought! Great job! It took 2 guys about an hour which means it would have taken me several hours!!

I was very pleased with my furniture assembly. The assembler called and informed me when he planned to arrive beforehand and was here around that estimated time. He was fast, clean, and respectful. My desk was up in no time!

The furniture piece that I ordered arrives at the Best Buy store in a damaged box, so they assembled it in the store to make sure that the actual piece of furniture was undamaged. From there, the delivery and placement was smooth and looks great

They assembled the tv cabinet, put everything in place hookef all backup and actually even gave me instructions on another piece of equipment I was not sure about operating. They were great and very professional

The agents, Verde TV, did an outstanding job communicating delivery times and set up!!!! I was advised promptly about any changes, and the delivery agents worked diligently. They explained the use and controls very well and cleaned up all debris and packing. I personally commended Alexis at Verde and would highly recommend their service. The same DOES NOT APPLY TO BEST BUY PERSONNEL WHO WITH ONE EXCEPTION WERE ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AND MISERABLE TO WORK THROUGH ALL THE ISSUES THEY CREATED. THAT EXCEPTION WAS AEDELIS IN THE DOWNINGTOWN STORE. SHE TOO WORKED FEVERISHLY TO CO ORDINATE DELIVERY AS WELL AS THE PICK-UPMOF MY OLD TV.

The Geek Squad was on time, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They install the 60" plasma LG TV, the sound system, and assembled the TV stand. Everything works perfectly together. We could not be happier with the products we bought from Best Buy and the service we've received.

The agent was prompt to call before the visit and was on scheduled time. He completed the assembly without any hassle and did an excellent job! He followed all protective guidelines while assembling and left the place cleaned up.
