The agent came out to put my TV stand together for me

Put everything together and hooked the TV up. Made all connections needed.

Best Buy Geek Squad had excellent services and resolved all of my issues.

Two gentlemen delivered the TV Console and assembled it quickly and efficiently.

After recently moving, I had spent far too much time assembling furniture. This was worth being spared the aggravation of assembling it myself. The techs arrived a litte past the scheduled time but had called with an arrival time. They finished it in a lot less time and with a lot less swearing than I would have.

Was great and knew how to assemble in a fast way, was very polite

I ordered 2 tv stands and got them set up by the geek squad, the first 2 guys that came in one of their name was Joshua, were very professional and clean and had on the booties on their shoes, so they didn’t come on the carpet with their dirty shoes and. The other TV stand was assembled by 2 other guys that didn’t even bother putting on the booties let alone taking off their shoes and walked over my carpet with their dirty shoes in my bedroom where my 8 months old baby crawls all the time. They had no regard whatsoever for my carpet. I only have carpet on the stairwell and in the bedrooms and it doesn’t take a genius to know that you’re supposed to take your shoes. They were kind enough to take the boxes and garbage away, that’s why I can’t give this review a 5 star.

Bought a Sony 55”, the supplied feet that came with TV were too wide, so I bought a table top TV. I didn’t have time to mess with installation so I arranged to have the Geek Squad set up. Scheduled a time and received updates on the scheduled arrival. They were in & out in an hour, my mom was happy to watch her new TV.

The stand is attractive and has a lot of room to hold other things.

The two guys who came to install the TV and shelves were great! They asked us where we wanted everything and were very flexible when we were discussing where we wanted everything. They didn't rush us and did their job very professionally.

The 2 young guys worked well together and completed the assembly of our TV cabinet very quickly. There were many screws, bolts, & parts. It was definitely worth the cost of the assembly. It would have been very difficult for my wife and I (both seniors) to do it. Mahalo!

Geek Squad was terrific. They were professional, knowledgeable and nice. The job was done efficiently and correctly.

I appreciated the time that they took to assemble it well. During the assembly we discovered that there were some bad screws. They came back with some replacement screws to correctly ensure the handle could be attached to the unit. Thank you so much.
