The twoagents were very professional and had positive personalities. Additionally, they advised us how to operate the new equipment.

I had to buy a $460 receiver to boost the speakers which then puts the total cost to almost 3K. I was not expecting to spend this much for another TV. Still having trouble with the TV turning off after few hours of continuous use. THe TV should not rell me how lond I should leave it on since I am paying for the electricity. This is very disconcerting.

I ordered a STAND & OFFICE ASSEMBLY - Install Service. SKU: 7983346. I thought a GeekSquad technician would arrive to install my TV stand, but they sent me a 3rd-party installer who visited my home today (December 3rd) and asked me what product to install for, and they did not bring the right tools to install, so they went back. BESTBUY/GeekSquad, You're sending a 3rd-Party to install a STAND & OFFICE who has no knowledge of the product with no tools to install it? So it's a joke from the GeelSquad installation service, horrible experience! When I tried to call the GeekSquad at 1-800-433-5778 on Saturday to see if the upcoming reinstallation could happen from a GeekSquad team instead of a 3rd-Party, the call routed to another country; he had no clue to solve the problem and asked me to visit the BestBuy store to talk to the GeekSquad team. I need to see if I've to renew my TotalTech after this experience!

The agents were terrific. Showed up on time, knew their product and how to set it up and took time to carefully and slowly explain features and how to use the new equipment.

Geek Squad did a great job of assembling our furniture. Truly, it took a lot of time and effort off our hands. Highly recommend! Also, super nice people!

My Geek Squad representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and I was thoroughly impressed. Very glad I went with this option than setting my tv and accessories up myself.

Installer was on-time, extremely professional, great in explaining uses and connections. Completed in a timely manner and left the area neat and clean upon his departure.

The gentlemen that came to put my cabinet together were friendly and very professional. If I ever need them again I wouldn’t hesitate. Very pleased!

The team arrived on time. They assembled the stand, attached the T V, and accomplished the physical and electronic hookups in a timely manner. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very proficient.

Assembly was done in a short amount of time & was completely sturdy when Randy & Brian completed the assembly. I am happy that I asked to have the stand put together by the GEEK SQUAD. Very pleased!!

When we were moving in to our new house we had so much to do so paying the nominal fee to have our TV stand out together and mounted while we got other stuff done was a no Brainerd!

I never got a chance to use this TV stand because it was damaged in shipping. When the assembler came to assemble it he saw that the packaging was crushed at one end and some of the parts were damaged. It was a big hassle returning it because it was too heavy to re-pack and tape it for shipping and UPS wouldn't come into my apartment. After much back and forth it finally got picked up and returned.

The agent came in and built out the shelf in no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

I don’t remember the names of the two who installed the tv stand, but they both deserve raises.
