The Geek Squad Agents, mounted my TV, set it up, show me how to use my new TV. Connected my devices to the TV. Also, assemble my TV stand. Great customer service both agents did a great job and kept safe

The guys assembled the TV stand without any problems. They also transfered my TV to the stand and hooked it back up. They were very nice and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

The Geek Squad did a very professional install and had very good customer service skills. They made sure that I was pleased with their services and were very polite and took the time to explain what they were doing as the service was performed.

geek squad(1 person) came to my house, but had to return to store to get console to setup. He wasn't informed that I purchased it at store and needed to pickup there and bring to my house. Once he returned, setup and cleanup were completed w/ no problems.

They left the recliner without the two arms. The store re-scheduled another appointment to take back that recliner and bring a new one. When the installer got there he found out the the 2 arms missing were just under the recliner. He took them out and installed them. He took back the new recliner that he was bringing.

So glad that we had Geek Squad put our new TV stand together. They pointed out errors in the written assembly instructions that we wouldn’t have known about. After assembly they set the TV up on it and made sure everything was working properly!

The agents who installed the TV stand were amazing. Came before the promise time and installed the stand in 30 mins. Even went out their way to put the TV on top even though I already knew they were not going to

I would highly recommend having the professional staff of Best buy put your TV stand together. They did an excellent job. They were faster than I could ever be. Save your headache and let the pros take of it. p.s. they also cleaned up after they were done.

Excellent decision to pay for assembly and installation of TV stand, TV, and DVD player. I recently had knee surgery and wouldn't have been able to assemble the TV stand with fire place or been able to move stand and tv into position. The men were careful of rugs and cleaned up well

I am happy with my purchased , picture is exactly what you getting so please read detail and over view before you order. Cold is really nice . I would buy it again

Assembling furniture of this type has always been something I dreaded. The Geek Squad representative was able to do it quickly and skillfully and the assembled product looks great.

The guys assembled the stand and placed the TV and other equipment on the stand . Dish Network, Hopper , and DVD player. They were very respectful and made sure all packaging was cleaned and taken out.

The Geek Squad representative was excellent; made sure the TV stand was assembled properly. A very positive experience for us. We would highly recommend assembly by the Geek Squad.

I’ve had several Geek Squad needs that ha all been done well, from tv install to sound bar to speakers to universal remote to putting together patio furniture. Well worth the annual cost and great price for service appointment needs.
