The technicians arrived as scheduled. They were professional and worked very efficiently. I am very happy with their service.

We had ordered a TV stand to be assembled. It was put together quickly and in a very organized manner. So happy we had it done, rather than spend hours trying to do it ourselves.

The Geek Squad were very thorough and careful when installing all equipment and explained all operations in layman's terms.

My original setup was not good. It was a contractor who obviously did not know how to put a cabinet together. After 4 1/2 hours, the drawers were crooked and wouldn't close. After several reschedules, this week another employee from the same contractor came to build the cabinet. I wished Mario had come first. He organized all the pieces and although it took 3 1/2 hours, it was perfect when he finished. All the drawers closed and were aligned properly. This was the kind of service I expected from Best Buy the first time

The last guy who actually put the console together was fabulous. The first 2 guys you sent were AWFUL. They asked for a tip before they got started. They wound up not hooking up the TVs and broke the console.

The geek squad was great they put together my piece of furniture and connected the tv and my other stuff I have no problem

The team (two young men) came and did a great job. They were very professional, fast, and right on time. Any question I asked they answered. I was very pleased. Great TEAM!

The cabinet was assembled when it was delivered. We were very happy with the two men that installed the TV and set everything up for us. They programmed the remotes, and instructed us on how everything worked.

The Geek Squad was awesome, he installed everything quickly and showed us how to work the Tv and was patient with us as well asked questions.

I'm confused about this request as I already did one. Had geek squad service for laptop and purchased an office chair on the same day. The Geek Squad rep was awesome and helped SO much. The young man that assisted with online chair purchase was very helpful as well, ordering, setting up delivery and assemble appt. Not as happy with the chair as I was with the service! Disappointed that you no longer have any in the store to see, sit to know what you are getting. Could have looked around, wanted to get it all done, one stop shop. Service was excellent!!

The Geek Squad assembled my TV stand and set up my new TV. They also relocated my existing TV and stand to another room and set up that TV.

The agents assembled the TV table in less than 1 hour. It's a beautiful sleek table and I am so happy with it! The Geek Squad was so professional & respectful!

The young man that came out to our home and put the stand together and mounted the TV were fantastic. They worked with my mom on location and explain to her. The insurance was on it and they cleaned up after themselves excellent

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job. It took them a lot of time, but they were able to successfully mount my new television to my lift unit. Afterwards, they connected my DVD player and VCR, making certain that all equipment was functioning properly. Finally, they thoroughly explained how to operate my new equipment. They proved to be competent, knowledgable, and very personable. Overall, they were great!

The service people arrived on time and did a great job putting my furniture together, mounted my TV perfectly in my bedroom and cleaned up too! No complaints!
