The team was amazing to work with. They took the time to sort out few challenges with the projector mount as it was brand new sony projector which was not straight forward to hopk up. Seth took the time to setup the initial sound setup for optimal 9.2.

The agent knew how to adjust the TV feet so the stand was not necessary. This saved us money. Also, he noticed our picture quality was not as good as it should be and made adjustments that greatly enhanced reception. He arrived on time. He was courteous and very knowledgeable.

The assembly of my TV stand was put together in no time. It would have taken me hours to do!

Daryl was exceptional with the installation of the TV and sound bar. There was something wrong with the TV stand. But he took care of ordering a replacement and setting up the next appointment to set it up and take the old one. He made everything very easy.

These two guys were fast putting the stand and TV up. I was shown how the connections went and why. I put a couple of stands up in the past and really didn't want to spend the time this time around. I felt it was a very good choice and on top of everything, the guys were fun.

The TV stand I purchased had a 10" scratch across the glass shelf at the top of the stand. Best Buy replaced the entire stand. Installation by both installers was professional and polite and the stand looks great.

It was a great idea to have the TV stand assembled in our home by professionals.

They assembled the cabinet and were careful not to scratch the hardwood floors and the surrounding walls in a very tight fit. They assembled all of the components and hooked them up to a remote control that I was used to. They carefully explained the function of of the three other remotes and happily supplied AAA battery which I lacked. They were polite, knowledgeable, and well worth the price.

It was totally worth it to have best buy assemble my tv stand/cabinet. kind, quick, easy.

There were some parts missing and the installer fixed with spare parts.
