Geek Squad is very competent

The stand was too narrow and the Geek Squad employees recognized that it wouldn't work. They measured and then boxed up the stand for me. Very nice of them.

Love the stand-assembled

They are large and glass and would have been impossible for me to manage alone. They did a great job and were helpful and efficient. They even put up with "help" from my cat.

The guys were great

Well the sales team told us our tv would be calibrated, just like in the store. When the guys came out here, they were friendly, professional, quick, clean and courteous. They set our stand and tv, when I asked about the calibration they said they don't do that as part of delivery and set up and that is a completly different service. Just would have been nice to know
