The guy was quick and knowledgeable: he Carried the HDMI cord that was needed to hide the cords in the wall. It was very convenient that he had supplies with him and we were able to get it done right!

The Geek Squad crew that installed the two TV stands did an excellent job

Took a longer time to set up than was scheduled, but this was no problem for the Geek Squad, they worked until set up was completed, Explained the set-up and answered my questions with patients and understanding. They were very professional and I was happy to welcome them into my home.

Arrived promptly. Carefully assembled the television connections with cable box, DVD player, router, etc. Followed all assembly instructions for the console. Clean up was organized, and very helpful.

We were very fortunate to get Albert Street assigned to our assembly. He is very knowledgeable and had the stand together in no time. Very personable and professional. A great help to us.

The two Geek Squad guys that showed up to assemble my tv stand and set up my tv were awesome. Super nice and friendly and helpful. I would give them 5 stars, except that my tv stand appears a bit weak on the right side. They did tell me that all of the screws did not fit, so that may be the reason for it, or perhaps, there is a manufacturer defect. The tv stand is still good, though, and it is able to hold the 50" tv without a problem. I can't stress enough how nice these guys were.

Geek Squad did an excellent job. Notifications were good, they arrived at designated time and completed the installation process promptly. All aspects of operation were explained and all packaging were disposed of. COVID protocols were followed.

The GEEK squad worked efficiently and were careful with the assembly.

The Geek Squad team that assembled my stand was fantastic. They were punctual and cleaned up the foam pellets that seem to spread everywhere. They put my Z-Line TV stand together and all I had to do was enjoy the product. The Team gets a "5". I gave the overall "3" rating because the Central Scheduling Call Center is dreadful to work with and I was completely frustrated with their service. Speaking with a supervisor was worse than the service representative.
