I had a great experience wth the Geek Squad assembling the TV stand, it looks great and we love it.

Agents assembled everything for me. Lots of room for 2 monitors, Meraki phone, etc. Even had room for a desk lamp! Enjoying the desk alot!

The agents mounted my new TVs and put together my new TV stand. They are very helpful and efficient and have made my life much less complicated by doing these things for me.

The product was delivered, setup and removed debris. Overall great Best Buy experience.

three added costs to deliver and install when one more reasonable single charge could have been more appropriate. you need to develop a more reasonable approach to large items like this which most of us couldn't assemble ourselves if we wanted to.

I wasn’t too happy with the pricing in getting the desk set up but had no choice but to pay it. I’m not happy with the quality of the desk as the glass in the keyboard tray continues to fall out. I assume the assembly was incorrect I would like to end the nightmare and return the desk and request a partial refund on the assembly. Too expensive for a small desk

The installers were most efficient and personable. They did an excellent job in assembling and installing the TV set. Also, they were helpful in giving me pointers in the effective enjoyment of the new set.

The 2 GS agents removed my large cumbersome projection TV then proceeded to build my new stand. They carefully unloaded the 65 inch TV. And the proceed to I service me about the TV and voice control. They were very professional and friendly.

Person who assembled was nice but he miss guided me because it was damaged and replaced the damaged part he told me I will get some discount but I yet not get it

The Geek Squad set up my new stand and hooked up the TV and explained everything to me. Would not have been able to do this myself.

The crew of two arrived on time and emails/phone calls kept me very much in the loop. Both were very courteous and protective foot ware was used in the house. The assembly was quick and cleanup restored room to original condition. Professional and polite from start to finish.

Geek did a great job assembling my tv stand and setting up my tv. He also explained how to use the new remote.

The TV bench was put together with no problems. The problem came when they tried to put the TV on the bench... The depth was not great enough to accommodate the TV's stand. As a temporary solution I placed two shelves sunder the TV legs and on top of the bench. This is an unacceptable solution... Please contact me!

The fireplace tv stand looks GREAT! GEEK SQUAD put the together and did a very GOOD job.

The agents that were assigned to our job were the best ever and Best Buy should be proud of employees like these gentleman!
