The Geek Squad put together our new TV table and answered all of our questions!! Very helpful in listening to our questions and making sure we understood his answers. Very polite as he worked and took care of all of the empty boxes. Thanks for doing a great job!!

They came a little late but still in the window they said they were going to be here. The worked quickly, efficiently and respectfully.

Antonio and Jerry were awesome. They put together the TV stand with fireplace. They were friendly and great with my dog. The TV stand looks great, and they made sure everything was in place and working before they left.

The agent did a good job assembling my TV stand and I am satisfied with the service. However, I had issues with the appointments - the geek squad did not show twice and made it only on the 3rd appointment. I had similar problems with other deliveries and appliance installations - multiple no shows. I like BestBuy in terms of products and shopping experience but the home delivery part needs improvement.

I bought an entertainment hutch, and decided to let GeekSquad put it together. Turns out that thing was VERY complicated, and would have taken me a couple of daysto put it together. Sir Geek got it assembled in 3 hours. If you can afford to spend some coin to save time and aggriation, DO IT!

I am not handy, I wanted it done right. So I called them and they came over the next day. Wore covers over there shoes and the two guys put it together quickly. Purchase of a table console with glass shelves - need professionals to put it together. The Geek Squad got the job done in record time. picked everything up and left the house clean and all purchased items in working order.

The Geek Squad was on time, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They install the 60" plasma LG TV, the sound system, and assembled the TV stand. Everything works perfectly together. We could not be happier with the products we bought from Best Buy and the service we've received.

The guys were great and my desk looks amazing. They took their time and I have absolutely no complaints.

The agents removed the old stand and set up new one in the house. They were efficient and carried out packaging to discard. There when promised with a confirmation call the day before and one on the way on the day of delivery.

The 2 "gentlemen" that came to assemble the TV stand & hook up the TV were very professional & knowledgeable. Assembly & connection were done in no time. They even liked my dog!
