Guys came exactly when they said they would, and did a great job. I have recommended Geek Squad to a couple people because they made it so easy.

The Geek Squad Agent Sean was very professional and friendly delivering and putting together my fireplace tv console I had purchased.

They left the recliner without the two arms. The store re-scheduled another appointment to take back that recliner and bring a new one. When the installer got there he found out the the 2 arms missing were just under the recliner. He took them out and installed them. He took back the new recliner that he was bringing.

The agents who installed the TV stand were amazing. Came before the promise time and installed the stand in 30 mins. Even went out their way to put the TV on top even though I already knew they were not going to

The techs that assembled the Galaxy stand with mount did an excellent job. There were a few connector pins that did not fit properly and they were able to work through the issue and did not cause any damage to the stand. They placed the stand where I wanted it and cleaned up the area they assembled the stand in before departing and asked if there were anything else they that needed done related to the stand.

The guys assembled the TV stand without any problems. They also transfered my TV to the stand and hooked it back up. They were very nice and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

The two techs who came to our house were very professional. They took out the appliances and furniture from boxes, took away the empty boxes with them. They were quick in assembling the furniture, setting it up, setting up the tv, X1 cable box, Sony sound bar. Great job indeed.

I’ve had several Geek Squad needs that ha all been done well, from tv install to sound bar to speakers to universal remote to putting together patio furniture. Well worth the annual cost and great price for service appointment needs.

The guys assembled the stand and placed the TV and other equipment on the stand . Dish Network, Hopper , and DVD player. They were very respectful and made sure all packaging was cleaned and taken out.

Assembling furniture of this type has always been something I dreaded. The Geek Squad representative was able to do it quickly and skillfully and the assembled product looks great.

We purchased this stand along with our new TV and sound system to fulfill a need for fitting within the dimensions of the space in our entertainment center where our old flat screen had been. The responsiveness of the Geek Squad in assembling the stand, as well as hooking up the TV, Blu-Ray player, and sound system was excellent. This is the third time we have used Geek Squad - they are superb.

The agents assembled my TV stand and hooked up my tv to my cable and merged tv to remote for cable and tv. The took out the kinks within my 3 laptops and my tablet. Just worry free and very great customer service.

Once again the guys at Best Buy come through for me...delivering the furniture, constructing it and placing the large screen on it to my specs. Great guys, courteous and efficient. Would recommend them, It saves hours of frustration and effort.
