Everyone that has been out to my house in the last month have been really respectful and they have clean up there trash from every thing I have bought the only problem was with one guy they sent out he didn’t do anything and he was supposed to inspect my stove and he just said there to may things wrong with it just return other than that every other person was awesome thanks geek squad! You earn my trust completely 100% percent

Furniture put together and TV installed very well! Everything worked. How the TV works was explained to us. Hauled away our old television which was very cumbersome!

Professional installation,polite, fast, kind, nice.

Well worth the money... The installer was polite, professional and had tremendous patience. It took a little over 3 hours for him to build the TV console and I couldn't be happier with the results..

The Geek Squad kept me updated on the arrival time. They assembled my Best Buy purchase and addressed my concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

The agents mounted my tv and connected all the devices and showed me how to work my new Samsung tv and all the features!!

Two employees of best buy assembled the tv stand with fireplace yesterday 3-13-21 and one of the doors closes like it should but the other one doesn't i don't know if it needs adjustment

They called ahead to inform me of the time they would arrive. They were on time. Very polite and answered all my questions. They did a great job!

55 inch tv stand with gaming nook. Installed and assembled by the geek squad. Both workers did an excellent job and were very professional.

Had to call out the Geek Squad as the first console sent, after 2 1/2 hours spent by two movers to assemble the parts, eventually revealed insurmountable assembly problems: the manufacturer had filled necessary dowl holes and omitted others at Step 17 out of 24! ~ And I was paying for that time! Aarg! ~ Call to Best Buy followed and my request to have a new console delivered ...and... assembled for no charge and the old console removed was quickly agreed to. The following week the new console and Geek Squad appeared and all problems were solved AND I signed up for Total Tech. ... Talk about making lemonade out of lemons! ... Happy camper!

Great team who quickly installed everything, explained all the directions clearly, careful to not damage walls, floors and track in dirt. They were also very friendly and courteous. Well done to all of them.

I bought a 70 inch Insignia TV stand and it had lots of parts - glad I got best buy assembly service. It does require a little muscle and patience. I did notice he rushed through the setup of the flat glass shelves where some were not oriented correctly and I had to fix it myself.

The guys put it tv stand together beautifully and disposed of trash. Wore booties so carpet wasn't soiled. Very professional
