The agents downloaded apps and programmed my TV. They also installed my Stream TV box from Verizon and hooked it up to my account, They were both helpful and demonstrated how to use the remote controls. Both answered my questions patiently.

The two members of the Geek Squad that showed up at my house were fantastic! They assemblied my tv stand in a very short period of time and cleaned up their work area. I had considered putting the stand together myself, but I am glad I chose the Geek Squad because these guys were very professional and knew what they were doing - money well spent!

DVD/CD bookcase was similar to the same one I got in 2010. BB at that time assembled the case for me and it was done satisfactory. The new one I purchased was assembled with x-tra shelves. I had to rearrange the shelves so as to allow any DVD to be stored satisfactorily.

The geek squad did more than I was expecting. Reconnected all wires and cables to my T V , were fast and polite , even took all the debris. The tv stand was beautiful.

The Geek squad team eliminated the stress of setting up and making the cable connections. My sole criticism is that they did not have the right length HDMI cable in their truck and I had to order it after the setup.

It was actually the installation of a TV, not seating, But nevertheless, the guys were professional, pleasant, and did a great job.
