I am fully satisfied with the product it is a good buy

The 2 agents were very helpful. They built the TV stand after moving the old TV to a different room. They then took the time to show me how the new Smart TV worked, along with the Sound bar. Very happy with the work. Looking forward to the next time.

Two guys from the Geek Squad came over and got us completely set up. They were absolutely fantastic!! Very patient, answered questions and made very helpful suggestions.

The team was worked really well together. They were fast and did the job well. When they were finished they cleaned up all the packing and took them out.

The geek squad did great, but it takes a long time to assemble the furniture. It would make more sense if Best Buy assembled the furniture off-site and delivered it assembled.

No matter what i purchase, Best Buy has great service. When they come out to my home their tech team are awesome

They came and assembled my stand. Great job, I was glad I didn't atrempt it, looked like a royal pain in the butt.

Ohmar was very professional and efficient. Unfortunately, the stand had a couple of broken parts and Ohmar came back with a new stand and finished the job about a week later.

three added costs to deliver and install when one more reasonable single charge could have been more appropriate. you need to develop a more reasonable approach to large items like this which most of us couldn't assemble ourselves if we wanted to.

I purchased a TV stand that required assembly. Technician arrived early and another arrived shortly after. They were able to create a well-made, beautiful piece of furniture from pieces in a box. They even set up my new TV in perfect Geek Squad Fashion! Thank You!

The crew of two arrived on time and emails/phone calls kept me very much in the loop. Both were very courteous and protective foot ware was used in the house. The assembly was quick and cleanup restored room to original condition. Professional and polite from start to finish.

I wasn’t too happy with the pricing in getting the desk set up but had no choice but to pay it. I’m not happy with the quality of the desk as the glass in the keyboard tray continues to fall out. I assume the assembly was incorrect I would like to end the nightmare and return the desk and request a partial refund on the assembly. Too expensive for a small desk

The agents installed the office table. They were professional & courteous. They completed the work on time. They cleaned up after the work was done.

The 2 GS agents removed my large cumbersome projection TV then proceeded to build my new stand. They carefully unloaded the 65 inch TV. And the proceed to I service me about the TV and voice control. They were very professional and friendly.
