    Best Buy Geek squad assembled a TV stand to accommodate a new 55" Samsung TV purchased from Best Buy. "Bill", the Best Buy Agent, did an outstanding job doing the assembly himself with no other assistance. Very special!

    Boy am I glad I paid to have Best Buy assemble. It had LOTS of parts, and took 2 guys TWO HOURS to assemble. When they left, I noticed a door hinge was loose. I called, and they came back immediately to fix it.

    Our out door speakers could not be hooked up. Tech said he would scheduled someone to come out either Monday or Tuesday to correct what he couldn't do. This was Friday 9/2/22 We have not been contacted.

    The Geek Squad assembled my tv and upon inspection discovered a hairline crack on the tv screen. The tv was returned and a replacement tv has been scheduled to be delivered.
