The agent who came to my home not only could not diagnose an issue with one of the pieces of the equipment; but was incredibly rude. I asked politely for an update since we were approx 4.5 hours into the installation. What followed was a series of nasty, condescending remarks that there was nothing he could do, "You could get the new part yourself," etc. I find that for someone in my home who is kind to my husband but rude to me to be completely unacceptable. The next agent that came several days later to replace the part was wonderful, very sweet and knowledgeable and fixed the "unsolvable problem" in minutes. Out of 3 encounters with the geek squad in my home, the first and last were very knowledgeable and friendly. I only hope whoever was there for the majority of the install never has to return to my home, he is not welcomed.
