    Had plenty of trouble and the set up was not completed but charged anyway. Could have solved by the sales staff but wasn't. Most all of Samsung TVs have a base that would have worked but not the 65" Samsung Q8, it 's legs are on each end and not one piece. Sales person could have explained the base situation and perhaps the purchase would have been different. My Geek Squad experience was not good. Sale people don't know the product and Customer Service people are rude. Had to buy a new console.

    They came and set up a tv stand for a new tv but messed with the signal on the tv and I had to fix it so that wasn’t great but the tv stand looks really good.
