You blew it Geek Squad

No one showed up and/or called to say we need to reschedule. We called and were told it was a 3rd party company and they didn’t have anyone available that day. You’d think an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out that someone would have arranged to have a person available. Now we are supposed to wait another 2 weeks? Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Installers Not caring

We had a chip and 2 scratches in our tv stand that came from installers not placing something like a cloth over the furniture when they laid several tools down while working. Then stated if we got another delivered it would probably be worse.
