Assembly of stand and LG 65" OLED took under an hr.

Jack Miller was very good and worked to get system working.

It was not a HT set-up! We were (are having an issue with our wifi since getting greenlight. The technician did a speed test and told us we should contact Greenlight. Greenlight had us do a speed test connecting directly to our computer which showed the internet speed coming into hour house was where it should be and said the technician should have check that before announcing what the problem is. The EERO router we have is the one Greenlight recommends so I called EERO and they told me to get a different wire to connect to our Direct TV. I have done this but it has made no difference. Very frustrating!

TV cabinet is perfect for my 65 inch Sony 4K. Height of cabinet puts tv at optimal level.

It would seem that the installers that serviced us did not care for the treatment of the furniture as best as they could. We had a chip and 2 scratches in our tv stand that came from installers not placing something like a cloth over the furniture when they laid several tools down while working. Then stated if we got another delivered it would probably be worse.

The furniture set up service is wonderful. I purchased a TV and stand for my parents and didn't want them to fumble with the set up. There was a little issue with setting up the appointment. The description says to wait for an email, which never came. After calling customer service, the appointment was easily set. Someone called to verify the appointment a few days prior to the day, and also on that morning to confirm and let me know they were on their way. My parents were happy with the service they received, especially the hauling away of their old TV. The only thing they noticed was that the set up person came without tools, or didn't use any in the set up of a TV stand, so there is a small gap in the stand.
