Work not completed, soundbar still does not work, you have returned three times.

Arrived promptly with PPE and maintained distance. Assembled the TV Stand efficiently and carefully. They were professional and friendly and the finished product was everything I hoped for, since I had ordered on line viewing a picture. What they assembled in about a half hour would have taken me hours. The service they provided was a bargain for the price.

I have no idea what an HT seating set up is or was. Two guys showed up to put a chair together? That was confusing. I was pretty clear that I have a Denon AVS system I needed help with. They immediately switched gears though and got it up and running. It still needs some fixes though.

He was nice and professional. He didn't put the bracket on that holds the TV. I didn't know it was not part of the setup I paid for. He left me with the parts. Very disappointed.

One would assume, if one is ordering an HD Television as an out of town Christmas gift, that the Geek Squad would have an HD cable in the van to hook up the TV. But, oh, wait. The Geek Squad subcontracted the work and it wasn’t even a Geek Squad member who rushed the gift recipient through the TV’s operation. If one is paying top dollar for a service, then make good on the customer service!

Service tech did not have knowledge of assembly of this furniture cabinet, did very poor job, doors did not close proper, left parts off door hinges, striped threads on screws and took/throw away assembly/parts booklet. This was a very expensive furniture purchase and needs to be fixed or replaced. Lead service tech says he would come back to fix or replace, but nothing done as of this time. August 13, 2016

Notified Best Buy many times to inform them that I didn't get cable clips that were supposed to be included in purchase. No resolution. No cable clips.

Connected gifted TV but would not fit on existing stand. Thought new stand was going to be 100.00 but did not know the assembly was an additional 250.00. TV is working good and the stand is functional.

I used the Geek Squad in 2011 to assemble a 4-sided spinning storage tower. I purchased the service again in February 2015 for assembly of another 4-sided spinning storage tower. I received an e-mail confirmation number of my purchase to be used for calling Customer Service to schedule an assembly date. When no one showed up on the scheduled date, I called Customer Service and arranged another date. Once again, no one showed up on the scheduled date. I called Customer Service and the agent asked if I wanted to arrange another date. I said no because they had 2 chances to get it right and I wasn't going to go through this again for a 3rd time. I requested a refund of my purchase which I promptly received. I asked some friends to assemble the tower for me. I offered to pay them for their time and trouble but they said they would do it for free. I now have a fully assembled tower and Best Buy has lost a purchase.

I can not begin to tell you the nightmare I encountered trying to get my television installed. I bought the tv with the expectation of it being installed the Tuesday before Christmas. Needless to say it did not happen. Because of Best Buy's Geek Squad, the television sat in the middle of my family room floor until the Tuesday after Christmas. Imagine guest at your home and a 60" television sitting in the box and your old television not working. Never again, never again. The first installation date was inaccurately scheduled. The next delivery day which was Christmas Eve, the installer lied and said I was not at home because I was his last installation before clocking out. I never left my home the entire day. When I talked to his supervisor, he was rude and very cavalier about the whole situation. No matter what the price is I will never buy from Best Buy again.

Geek squad called the day before..said they would be at my house at 830..am..next day they never showed up..got a call to reschedule which i couldn't do..cost me 300 dollars in a days wage to take off...whent to the store in Wilson nc..manager just told me Geek squad was sick..offered no one at all to deliver it..just didn't care..so i canceled the order..never buying anything from best buy..can't wait for it to go out of business..because of moments like that..i had a best buy card for over years..no more

Expected better quality from the tv stand I bought. Cabinets are not lining up flush and stand feels loose.

The tv stand arrived damaged back in November and the replacement keeps getting pushed and then never rescheduled. The techs on site were great

I never requested a stand to be set up. A person came to the door with a drill and other tools. What I requested was someone to come and help with firestick tv. Everyone says they'll help, but they don't.

After calling the Geek Squad suggested phone number and getting through the primitive voice answering system, I reached more than one Best Buy representative who told me I had the wrong number/extension. I was passed from one representative to another. Several representatives gave me different phone numbers, one of which was Apple Care. I tried over a period of 2 days. I decided that if this was the kind of service provided just to reach anyone who knew how to help me with a Geek Squad appointment, I could not trust that anyone would even show up for an appointment or be able to assemble the TV stand I ordered. I returned the product. The frustration of putting together furniture cannot possibly compare with the frustration I experienced from several hours on the phone with Best Buy. In the future I will take my business elsewhere.

I had them assemble a TV console. It came with more parts and screws than my husband was willing to deal with. It took 2 pros nearly 2 hours to build it, so I'm glad I had it done professionally and for a decent price.

Was told yeah, “I don’t think i can build a desk. We usually only install washing machines and treadmills. I am not even dure j have the tools for it.”

I would have had to pay this fee but I cancelled it’s too high . The price of the product was less than assembling. I just couldn’t pay it

I wrote a previous review about the agents' inability to connect my TV due to "breaking" my WiFi. These same agents (NOT GEEK SQUAD but 3RD PARTY) - had an issue with assembling the super large TV stand/cabinet. They left one shelf off and I found it behind my subwoofer. There were not enough "shelf supports" for it (apparently); I managed to find 2 of them on one of the other shelves. I was very annoyed at this failure in addition to the others issues they had. I subsequently contacted the furniture manufacturer to obtain additional shelf supports; they have been difficult to deal with at best and are now ghosting me. Bleah.
