    Long story... First, the people were supposed to come on a certain date and never showed up. Then, once they finally came, they installed the TV stand, but broke it in the middle of installing it, taped it to hold to together, and never told us. We only found out about this once they left and we were taking a closer look. Finally, I had to take a third day off of work for them to come back and reinstall it. The worst part is, they still charged us the $100+ fee for the installation, because they "still installed it." The customer service at the Dedham store was extremely unhelpful. Even called corporate, but they did not seem to care, either. BestBuy is not reputable.

    Part of the desk stand was missing or broken. I was told that it would be replaced. After a month, it hasn't been replaced. Since it was the support for the keyboard, it makes using the desk difficult. When I've tried to find out when the replacement would-be made, I ran into the usual Best Buy/Geek Squad song-and-dance. "It's not my area. It's not my problem." Would I recommend Best Buy to anyone? No. I have learned my lesson.

    Geek Squad Assembly Team Let Me Down

    The service was not completed. Only 2 of the 3 items I purchased were assembled with a promise to return a few days later to complete the assembly. Now I’m being informed that the assembly won’t take place for another week. I’m very disappointed and have tried many times, without success reaching a Geek Squad manager over the phone.

    This was originally ordered on October 23 it did not get delivered in till November 26 the charges for the installment were supposed to be written off and from the bill that I see it is too hard to see if it actually was taken off or not. There was no assembly of this furniture in the home by the geek squad we assembled this ourselves. Please make sure that this has been credited to our account this account has been a mess since the time we have gone we will never go to the Greeley Best Buy store ever again

    THE AGENTS DID NOT MOUNT OUR TV ON THE NEW STAND BUT JUST SET IT ON THE FIRST TEIR OF THE STAND WHICH IS UNACCEPTIBALE AFTER NUMEROUS CONVERSATIONS WITH CEASAR THE DELIVERY TECH! AFTER ALL THE YEARS I HAVE WITH BEST BUY THIS IS BY FAR THEE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! DUE TO THE NATURE OF TGHE SET UP WAS FOR A SISTER IN LAW THAT IS DISABLED NOT TO SAY THE LEAST DIDNT REEPECT MY DIRECTION AS SEVERAL CALLS WEREW MADE. TECH JUST WANTED TO HURRY UP AND PUT THE FURNITURE IN THE APARTMENT

    I canceled the service for the furniture and Harmony remote because I wasn't notified that the Geek Squad wouldn't assemble my porch swing the day of the appointment, even though I placed the order about 3 weeks prior. I could of had the swing assembled by someone else if Best Buy would have notified me sooner. I also didn't want to pay another $50 for the remote service, which should have been done properly months ago.

    Geek squad never put any product together as it was cancelled for some reason I still don’t know. The lack of professionalism from geek squad and Best Buy has driven me away from ever shopping at Best Buy again or recommending it to anybody. Geek squad members are useless and either can’t answer questions or manage to screw something so simple up that I needed to call back three times to finally get what I was asking for. Absolute joke

    Worst ever. The guy came a day late! Didn’t call or give notice. Assembled the tv console and messed it up by banging the screws in instead of reading the instructions. Worst ever. Waste of money. Never again. Be aware. When asking for Geek squad to assemble things, they hired 3rd party . Worst worst ever

    Bought a whole home theater system. The tv stand looks great but it was not deep enough to hold my receiver so I had to leave it open from the back. I bought it together with the whole home theater system. Little disappointed that Best Buy was not able to figure out that it was going to be small for my system. Spent a lot of money on the whole hometheater system. Not happy to see that it had to be left open from the back. This TV stand has gotta go.
