    Greek Squad assemble a 6 draw dresser.

    The tech was nice and professional, but it took him 5 hours just to assemble the dresser and he didn't even look at the night stand and headboard. I had to assemble that. The dresses looks like an Ikea product. Drawers not even and do not close all the way. Very disappointed and can't get in connect with customer service for a solution.

    One guy didn’t want to wear a mask. Started talking to each other in another language after I asked to mask up. Less than zero. Tv is crooked. They never showed me how to adjust the TV and did not leave the tool to adjust the tv on the stand. Not to mention they gave me a window 7am-1pm, called me at 12:30 to move it until 5pm. Horrible

    I had payed and made an appt with geek squad to set up a high chair for my granddaughters 1st Easter. The geek squad was supposed to be there at between 8am and 12. They didn't show up till 1:00 by the time I got home from work I had to call and cancel and ended up assembling it myself. This was the first time I used geek squad. Poor experience

    I’d give a zero if I could. Half built, not completed due to incorrect parts, was all left at my home, and no one has tried to help process the return and exchange.

    The agents damaged the desk and said they'd have to get a replacement ordered and would call me back. When they called back the said the computer system was down and they'd have to wait until it got back in service. I never heard another thing about it.

    I am not sure why the Ricardo the agent that was assigned to my home on Sat April 23rd .. The table was put together, however the agent refused to put the bracket that came with the stand on. So no this was not complete

    Poor Overseas Appointment Scheduling

    I had scheduled and paid for a Geek Squad technician to come out and re-connect my home theater system and instead they scheduled me for a Home Theater Seat Installation appointment. I had to cancel and reschedule for 1 week later.

    I hate the sofa and I asked to returned it I came up and down in Best Buy there was one man trying too help but it was bigger than him. Best will never sell furniture for me again. I am looking to give it away

    Horrible service. Wanted to rate this a zero as the contractors were unable to complete the job. Dealing with the phone tree and holds was possibly the worst customer service and attention I have ever received.

    I asked the sales person at Best Buy if the feet on the TV could be moved from the end of the TV to the middle. He said no so I had to buy a TV stand. The Geek Squad installed the TV feet in the middle and placed on the new stand they assembled for $99. I did not like the look of the TV on the stand. I moved the TV on to an old Sony stand from my previous TV. Could have saved $99 if the salesman had not lied to me.

    This service was supposed to be for delivery and assembly of a media console in my living room. However, through a series of errors, delays, and reschedulings, the service was never actually completed.

    A third party assembler was scheduled instead of the Geek Squad without notifying me. They inserted an optical cord into my new TV without taking off the plastic cap which damaged the port on the TV. However, Best Buy replaced the TV and sent out an actual Geek Squad member. He (Nick) was fabulous. Make sure you get the Geek Squad during the busy holiday season even if it means you have wait.

    I waited 7 days to get my tv set up and delivered. Techs was ok, but did not have much knowledge about how to set it up and about how to use the product itself. I was disappointed in the service I paid over $200 for.

    Had geek squad assemble this tv stand for my grandmother at her house and there is screws not put on and the very bottom of it is backwards the doors just hang and arent secure because of the bottom piece is backwards. Took over 3 hours to assemble and it didnt even come out right.
