    Didn't follow through

    I ordered "Furniture Assembly Service",which includes 1)Assemble one (1) piece of furniture to manufacturer's specifications 2) Install safety restraints and/or mounts to the extent recommended and provided by the manufacturer 3) Verify the structural integrity of the furniture and ensure the fit and finish are up to manufacturer's specifications 4) Place a TV on or inside the furniture, as needed 5) Clean work area and remove packaging 6) Remove and recycle one (1) TV What I got was # 1, 2, 3, 4 What I did NOT get was # 5, 6 The Geek Squad rep had to borrow my tools (staple gun, hammer, and pliers). The Geek Squad rep, not realizing he had parked in a no parking zone, left mid-assembly for 30 minutes to look for a new parking spot. The Geek Squad rep did not take my packaging or clean my work area. The Geek Squad rep claimed that the haul away of my old tv was not included. When I complained that the tv haul away and clean up was included, the rep said "They'll tell you anything on the phone." ????

    Highly recommend the Furniture Assembley

    I was worried about buying any put together furniture as it tends to leave me really frustrated and a lot of items these days don't come with the best instructions. The Geek Squad employee that came and put my desk together was awesome and he did a very good quality work. Even he had a difficult time putting it together, so I knew I made the right choice. I would use their service again, and would recommend others to use it :)

    Very poor experience

    I called last week and scheduled my installation for today from 4-8pm. I ended up calling last night and moving it up to 8a-12p. The lady told me someone would call me in the morning with a more accurate time. Fast forward to this morning around 9am I get a call from Geek Squad saying that they are unable to complete the job because of a call-in and they're not having any luck getting another installer to pick up the job - huh? To make matters worse they assume you have no life and like its just easy peasy to reschedule it - not exactly. I work 45 hours a week 5 out of 7 days which means the next available date I can setup an install is next week. So until next week my TV, audio system and networking stuff is sitting on the floor in my living room - $130 well spent! Also if you try calling them, I hope you have A LOT of time on your hands; every time I've called it's AT LEAST a 20 minute hold time and you get routed around from person to person and have to tell at least 4-6 people the same things over and over again as they transfer you from department to department. Absolutely terrible experience and this will be my last time using Geek Squad.

    Never showed up. Never called. I called multiple times only to be told they are still coming. What a joke!

    Just reached the 3 hour mark. Customer service still not able to schedule an appointment with geek squad. There is no excuse for this size store to have this poor service.
