The young man that put the chair together for me was outstanding - very pleasant and very efficient. He also did not hesitate to put on a mask when he saw I was wearing one.

Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional! Setup of my TVs and tv stand was perfect! Anthony and Trent were pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, patient, helpful and communication for arrival was great!

The agents did a wonderful job of work on my new TV and stand. I am not suited for doing this, but they helped me greatly get it done. My TV stand was assembled perfectly(I just hope the glass shelf doesn't break too easily) And they even helped me dump my old TV that quit working on 1/16.

David and Joel assembled the Waylen TV Console we purchased at the Best Buy store in Soquel, CA. They called to inform us if their ETA. They were very friendly, very efficient, knew the product and did a fabulous job if quickly assembling our new piece. Both were TOP notch and get highest ratings from us.

Friendly, helpful service by Geek Squad techs and manager. Tyler helped me through a maze of scheduling issues because a health crisis in my family required travel and a later delivery date. The techs set up the furniture base and mount, and mounted the TV, made sure I had the best configuration, and that I understood the system. Can’t thank them enough.

The two associates worked together to assemble a 3-in-1 media stand AND mount a TV to it. If they were doing it by following the printed instructions, they did it so much quicker than I ever could. They asked for input in regard to mounting the set and cleaned up all the extra packing materials when finished.

The two installers were very nice. They did a fast and GOOD job of putting the console together as well hooking tv onto the mounting bracket. Was so happy, when they left, that I was knowledgeable about my tv per their training.

chris was my installers name,he came a bit late but that was Ok,I never seen a person work harder to please me, this is not a easy piece of furniture for a diy person,it is worth every dollor to have a geek rep do it.I am very satified with his work ,he never stopped and wasn't happy until I was happy. AT 70, I felt it was easier and quicker to let the Geek Squad mount the TV to the wall and put the furniture together. They stand behind what they do where as if I did it and it fell off the wall, I'm in the dog house. Plus it would take me forever to do. They found a scratch on the furniture, had me order the part and are returning next week to replace the scratched part.

Very quick and fast for TV and TV Stand hook up. Everything worked.

The guys were great. Put the cabinet together very quickly and professionally. Being a Total member made this even greater. The assembly was free.

The install of my new TV was very professional the person explained every question i had asked. Cleaned up all boxes and paper. I thanked him.

The tech who assembled the tv stand was very knowledgable and did a great job setting up this item. He took his time to make sure it was done correctly.

The agents assembled the media center and mounted it against the wall. I was pleased that they attached it since fully filled, it is quite heavy. . It held most of our dvds and cds. We still have a few VHS tapes so they take more room.

Chris and his helpers have done a fabulous job setting up our new entertainment systems. They are courteous, positive and willing to wear a mask if requested. We'd have them back any time to help us out.

Five Star the Best Buy/Geek Squad assembled my Tv Stand needed for my new Samsung 55" tv. He was very friendly and professional and cleaned up all of the boxes etc aftward.

The two-man crew that arrived to assemble my Insignia TV stand and set up our new 65" Samsung TV surpassed all of my expectations! They were personable, knowledgeable and helpful. And I'm sure they were about 10 times faster than I would have been...

The technician did an excellent job. He was personable, well mannered and considerate. He wore his mask and shoe coverings, in which I appreciated that. It didn't take him long to install the self. He made sure that it was well aligned with the tv and all the wiring is neatly hidden. Thanks

My swivel stand has the tv mounted to it but does not need to be mounted to the wall. It was heavy so I couldn’t do it myself. I bought the stand from Best Buy and the geek squad assembled it and mounted my 50” tv on it. Was quick and works great.
