Ejike and team installed my equipment in record time. Everything works like it is supposed to. And I worked for Best Buy for 12 years and know how things can go wrong.

Anthony is one of the best Geek Squad agents we have ever had. His extensive experience allowed him to diagnose the issue I had with an old printer not connecting to my new network. He was able to resolve it and then educated me on how to fix it if it happened again.

Communication is a problem with lead personnel. Text and phone calls where not responded to. Personal visit become the solution. We had a number of item on the job scope The service workers who on location performance . I like Geek Squad service witch I have used for service.

Geek Squad hooked up my router, checked all devices and made sure everything was working. They were great, patient, explained everything.

Kevin did of wonderful job of installing my tv. He also helped me with the remote. Needed lots of help with that.

I recently purchased Ring alarm system - doorbell alarm with light and additional one for back of house, with solar panels. It was installed quickly and works perfectly . Tech was professional and did a great job. I may even add another in near future.

It was their first setup of Starlink and they got it done successfully.

My Geek guy was very competent and helped narrow down ways to fix, at least for the moment, my problem. In the end his suggestion to purchase USB Wifi adapters got me up and running again. Now to explore newer laptops.
