    I had scheduled my TV set up a month in advance due to rehab. When it got close, I asked to push the appointment out 2days. They totally screwed up my appointment and scheduled it out another month and were unable to correct it in their system. Big fiasco. Never try to move your appointment!!

    The Geek Squad couldn't get all the projects done. They are trying to get a specialist out here to finish this project. I am having to wait for 1 to 5 weeks for the rest of this job to be done.

    First let me say the technicians were polite and tried hard. Unfortunately the whole situation was a disaster. I was told the cube/fire TV set-up would be the answer to my sister who is living with MS and cannot use a mouse would be the answer to voice activated TV and phone. None of it worked. The technicians were not skilled to perform this and the equipment was inferior. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! My sister had her hopes up only to be crushed. From the sales to the technicians, Best Buy and the Geek Squad need to revisit what they sell to the customer and what they are actually able to do. I don't have the characters to go into the phone debacle but that was also a disaster. If Best Buy is really focused on making technology accessible to people living with disabilities, I'm afraid our experience was contrary.

    Computer setup

    The guy who came for the computer did not explain anything to me. He did setup, but never told me about how Windows 11 is different from Windows 10. I did bring back the computer because the backlight did not stay on. On the BIOS setup under never means the light never goes off on the laptop, however it did. Not good for me.

    I paid a lot of money for something that I still have issues with. I still get error messages and system not connected.

    I bought a router & a TV & I had to pay for 2 separate hook ups. I think it should have been combined.

    Zero stars for Geek squad! Never again.

    Zero service. NO STARS! Geek squad never showed up. Had emails and phone giving different times to expect them. Waited from noon to 8:15 PM no show no calls explaining why or what the problem was. Next day returned unopened items, cancelled Geek squad. Understanding store manager refunded my $570.68. I will never shop at your stores again. I will tell my friends and customers, and post reviews on the web.
