Geek Squad support sucks!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried to get help over the internet and by phone and could not get anyone to tell me how to hook up my new router. I used to be able to get Geek Squad help that way and they were very helpful but now I guess they can't be bothered. I couldn't even get anyone by phone. It's now all automated and you can't actually speak to a person anymore. Totally discouraged with the total disregard I received.

Did not connect Wi-Fi to all systems

Beware of third party companies

The guy was lazy and mounted the wrong bracket, tv too high, and did not give me the option to hide wires behind the wall. Will be filing a formal complaint. Have had fantastic experiences with actual Geek Squad employees.

Waste of time.

WiFi Repeaters

Geek Squad failed to correctly install mesh router

Don't need network setup but still being charged

They couldn't make it work

Geek Squad Agent helped me with all my tech equipn
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Agent Robert Loung, worked on resetting my wi-fi and made sure my Televisions (3) my tablets (2) - laptop (2) (all purchased at Best Buy, we’re all responding with my wi- fi. He made the appropriate technical adjustment. All is working great. Agent Robert is very thorough and extremely professional. He provides professional advice on my selected items I purchase at Best Buy, and I have been very happy with my purchases. I have all the confidence in Agent Roberts skills, experiences and knowledge assistance in all my communications, media, etc , technical products.

Success, finally!

The agent spent some 2½ hours on the project and successfully got all devices working correctly with the new Wi-Fi. Thank You!!! Everything is still working as he left it, one month later.
