Geek Squad service is a lifeline of knowledgeable professionals. I used their service twice. First service request I set up was to mount a 75inch television, sound bar system and a power-in-wall extension. The second service request was to set up an 85inch television, sound bar system, 4k player and a power-in-wall extension. Both Geek Squad service request was handled with care and professionalism. The technicians set up the televisions and took me through the setup, functions, and workings of all devices. The technician also gave out their business cards to contact them after the initial setup for questions or concerns afterwards. Perfect setup and customer service.
