The Geek Squad members who mounted our new TV on the wall did an excellent job. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They were efficient and left no mess behind. They also went above and beyond by adjusting the sound to make it just what we needed!

The techs delivered my tv. Hooked up brackets, drilled walls and.made my rv a foating tv without an wires.showing. they were clean and extremely detailed oriented. Fantastic! Above and beyond

For me it didn’t work my walls were not thick enough to do. was told it would work I Try to talk to a technician before they came about this but nobody would call me back third-party

The guys that installed it are great and friendly. They make sure to assist you and gives you pointers.

This is a great service if you like to have a nice and clean tv setup without any wires hanging from your tv. Would definitely recommend.

25ft projector power install worked very well making for clean install

Long process in order to get where i need to be and who to talk to. Calls need to be more direct for members. What happened to having an agent?

Never need power installation because I had all in hand but of course they offer this & they solve in case you need it, with an extra cost

ALthought I was told I would need this for my installation, it wasn't, but that's ok. The Geek squad was able to make the right recommendation and I was able to return it to the store for a full refund. So I would still recommend it to those who want to hide their cables in the wall.

These guys were excellent! Short notice install because the store erred on my delivery dates. They were hear the next morning and installed the tv quickly and started it up. Excellent!!

I love it but I think the price should be lil bit reduce but as the guys they mounts my tv were great I love them , they are amazing very neat and fast and excellent work %200 thumbs up , but Bestbuy please reduce the fee lil bit down please thank you

Great item if you don't want to see wires hanging. Be sure you have the depth in your wall to install it. I have one wall that has a cinder block firewall behind it and it was not deep enough for the hidden outlet.

Efficient but a bit price when you add up all the install charges for each piece.

The techs did an outstanding job of wall mounting our large tv. We were very pleased with their efficiency and respectfulness of our property and health during this covid pandemic.

We purchased this to hide the wires for our tv mount. It will be installed tomorrow. We have had great experiences with Best Buy installation. Hoping for this same with this one.

The agent's mounted the TV and put the wall mount, so cables were not seen.
