I believe this one we are returning because there were several to pick from, the one we chose just worked better with plaster not cracking and breaking a lot. This would work nice on drywall. The installers did a wonderful job!

The guys that installed it are great and friendly. They make sure to assist you and gives you pointers.

Long process in order to get where i need to be and who to talk to. Calls need to be more direct for members. What happened to having an agent?

The service agents did a great jog at mounting it on the wall and centering. They placed blue take and asked me if I was ok with it before mounting it. They did an excellent job!

I am really glad the G.S. came out and made sure everything I needed for a great surround sound system was there. They took great care of my needs and I am very satisfied with their work!

Everything was perfect! The installer Billy was fantastic!! He explained everything & was super nice!! Will definitely use geek squad again & hopefully I will get Billy back!!!

Total Tech guys were understood Home construction and knew exactly how and where to install the outlets. They are perfectly level and hide all the wires.

Excellent service, 10/10 they were very attentive during the whole process and let me know what they were doing/how they were doing it.

Technician installed tv on wall. He also connected and paired all accessories and showed us how to navigate the system.

Geek Squad confirmed appointment the night before. They were on time...done quickly...along with a new mount and flat panel installation.. Eddie and Jeff were extremely professional...

I actually did it myself and this was not needed when geek squad arrived. However I did make a mistake and they were about to fix without charging. I love the geek squad!

Zero Stars. Absolutely horrible. For a $300 install, they installed the in-wall cable concealer in the wrong spot. Instead of placing inside the wall mount (that they also installed) as noted in the Sanus instructions, they installed on the far end of a 77” tv (opposite end of the hdmi inputs). They also advised I purchase from them a different mount than I previously purchased, which doesn’t extend as far as the mount I purchased. Because they screwed up the placement of the in-wall cable concealer and the wall mount doesn’t extend as far as the one I originally purchased, it is impossible to access the in wall concealer/feed in new cables. Best Buy needs to return to: swap out the tv mount, move the in-wall cable concealer (top & bottom) to where they belong per the instructions, and repair & paint my wall. We’ll see how Best Buy corrects this situation. I hope to be able to praise them for taking ownership & rectifying the numerous issues.
