Jonathan and Drew did an outstanding job installing our new TV and showing us how to use it. They were very careful in their work, making sure the TV was level and centered on the wall. They were very pleasant and courteous. THey were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the TV and gave us some good suggestions about how to get the most out of our new television. Excelent representatives of the Geek Squad!

I wanted to hide my wires and didn't feel comfortable doing it myself. It was clear to me that these guys had done this a million times and knew the optimal place to have the holes drilled into the dry-wall. Once they were done the wires were perfectly hidden behind the tv and console.

The Geek Squad was great a knowledgeable. They were able to install the in-wall power extension behind the tv, hiding all cables out of sight.

Chris (Geek Squad) did a great installation. Clean as well. Removed old mount/connectors and replaced with latest tech (I provided cables and mount). Very professional, friendly, and excellent communicator - explaining and listening. 5 stars!!!

The agents came out to install our new TV and mount on our wall, they were very professional and made sure we were satisfied before they left. The agents were very courteous and polite. The geeks installed this extension and even used a shop vac while cutting the wall to prevent drywall dust from floating around. Always a bit scary when a hole is cut into a wall, as that can't easily be undone if wrong. But no worry, it was perfect!

I used the sqad on two separate occasions and they were very professional and fast! They did a great just installing several items and when they hit a snag they figured it out in no time!!!

We moved our TV from a stand on a piece of furniture in the den to the wall above that and had Geek Squad do the installation (great job.) We also purchased the option to run the power and other cables through the wall and down to the floor behind the furniture so you didn't see cables running down the wall under the TV. Simply said - great job installing it and no cables visible.

I didn't realize all of the accessories that must be considered when mounting a tv. It's a job that needs to be completed by professionals in order for it to be done correctly. I believe this item was needed based upon the placement of the power outlets in relation to the tv mount. It looks amazing, no hanging wires!

The technicians came out to my home and hung two tv's on the wall for me. The setup was perfect and I never have to look at wires again. The in-wall power extension easily supported all my other devices and now I feel as though I have really cut the cord...

I bought this product but ended not using it. It’s a great product if you want to hide the wires but please be advised it won’t hide the wires 100% meaning there will be a small visible portion of the wires at bottom.

Geek Squad did a great job on the install. The bracket I had purchased didn't line up with the wall studs. Was able to purchase another one from their truck.
