Nothing unusual, works fine I would recommend this

Total Tech guys were understood Home construction and knew exactly how and where to install the outlets. They are perfectly level and hide all the wires.

I believe this one we are returning because there were several to pick from, the one we chose just worked better with plaster not cracking and breaking a lot. This would work nice on drywall. The installers did a wonderful job!

You just have to drill a hole up where the tv will be mounted. And another hole down at receptacle level. Then snake your cables thru the holes. The product has the power cable included. Plug in all of your cables to your equipment and wala your all done.

I would recommend everyone to purchase this if you plan on hanging you TV's. You hide your cords and extend your power supply. The two plugs makes a hug difference versus the single. I caught a sale.

The agents connected it to the tv but I’m having issues when I turn my tv back on connecting

The well prepacked in-the-wall power and cable extension is cleverly done and easier to put in than I thought it would be. The TV crew did not clean up the the 1/2" layer of drywall debris over the baseboard & wires that they generated with the hole-saw. Additionally they keep the hole-saw and wire puller that was with the kit. They should have let me all the parts of the kit. If you are handy you can carefully do it your self. If not, have them do it and clean up afterwards.
