They were on time, honest, friendly and most of all super helpful in making my decision to not install this. The sales associate at Best Buy mad our transactions very confusing, and really over sold us on the extra install items when buying our 2 TV's. When the installers arrived they began telling me about and extra kit required for the install (the in-wall kit), plus extra fee's for any fire break studs in the wall. Ultimately, I decided to forgo install due to the expense and misleading sales associates incorrect pricing and install fee.

Horrible Service and Incompetent staff

Ben Levey the District Supervisor will not call back. Customer Service Supervisor Georgina refused to honor my appointment even though by email and phone it stated I still have an appointmenttoday. I want to file a complaint
