    never happended - complte disaster drove 45 mins in person to store on 8/19 to get the correct items and was sold wrong items, when they arrived on 8/25 they said it was the wrong unit, rescheduled but the next folks were 3rd party and didn't have notes or 6' cables necessary to complete correctly. I called store and was not satisfied.

    This ended up never taking place because the sales representative had no clue what he was doing or talking about other than trying to up sell me audio stuff for my tv and a best buy monthly subscription. He screwed the order all up. Never again

    Your agents did not show up as scheduled to install TV. Customer service provided was unacceptable as no one seemed to care we waited 14 hours for installation and continued to refuse to give an alternative time to reschedule Installation. All items returned.

    Power Extension not needed (in my case)

    I was expecting that since I did not need the power extension option that I would get a refund. NO I DID NOT. Be careful what services you order and weigh the convenience of getting everything done in one trip and then getting refunded for what you didn't need.

    Good service but they brought the wrong tv

    They brought and installed the wrong tv, i noticed a few days later because of the input was not working at 4k 120hz.

    The agents did not have the expertise and said they could not run electrical. They wanted to leave everything outside the wall. I asked them to leave it and hired someone else. They told me it was Best Buy policy, but my brother hired Geek Squad and got the install done properly in his area.

    I don’t understand why the installer, geek squad Giovanni, did not install the in wall service thatbi paid for with my tv mount installation. It looks absolutely horrible. Worse job ever. He took advantge if my mother because she was home alone and didnt speak up about the service.

    We paid extra just to hide those filthy wires behind the wall so it doesn’t look bad. However, after getting that service done from expert as well mostly its outside and looking worse so now we are looking and trying to find and spend more on floating tv stand so that we can hide those wires. Anyways never taking that service again.

    I have been waiting for an installation for over a full month. It also looks like they lost my TV. They give you a 12-hour range and don't show up at all. They also don't respond or acknowledge emails, calls, or chats.

    Never happened! Technician couldn't do it because power was on another wall. Never removed the service charge for the installation either. Tried getting hello from customer service to be told that services show as performed when they could clearly see the wall mount had been returned.

    Botched installation of indoor antenna

    Both indoor antennas were installed without the power amplifier that came with them. That's why it is only receiving a couple of OTA channels instead of several. Texted back to the installer to let him know that he needs to come back to complete the installation, but didn't receive any reponse, even though were texting back and forth before that.

    They must have sent 5 or 6 to my house, didnt need one of them!!! One crew said I needed it the other one said i didn't, was a whole fiasco it took months to work it out, Then they make me wait weeks for the gate squad to come out again.

    0 stars, beyond poor. Service totally misrepresented by call center who made appointment. Tech said he couldn't touch wiring in wall over fireplace. Had to call an electrician and pay for service twice. TV looked terrible with wires hanging down side of wall. No satisfaction from my complaint. Will never use Best Buy or Geek Squad again.
